The instructional staff and specialist lecturers employed by Secludum come from a wide and varied background. These include UK Special Forces, Police Special Operations and other Military units. Each has been specially selected to work within the strict guidelines of Secludum after assessment and confirmation of the following:  
 
Qualified and experienced to carry out the core skills being taught  
 
Verified operational experience within the capability area being taught 
 
Established and appropriate levels of currency  
 
Qualified to instruct and be in date for Instructional Techniques Assessment  
 
Recognised within their peer group as an expert in the field  
 
Possess a clear understanding of the cultural requirements of each student group  
 
Capable of presenting to new entry recruits as well as senior Government officials
